    • DIY Rental ($350): The renter is responsible for pickup & drop-off of the cart within 24 hours. Late returns may incur an additional $100 per day.

    • Day-of Rental with Setup & Attendant ($550): The cart is available for 3 hours, including decoration customization. Additional time is subject to an extra fee.

    • Any damage to the cart will be the financial responsibility of the renter.

    • Pick up/Drop off rental is $150 - the audio guestbook and sign must be returned within 48 hours of event!!!

    • Audio Guestbook with attendant is $250 - This includes set up/breakdown, an onsite attendant for 3 hours during your event, and customizable signage!!

    • Customized signage add-on is priced per sign! I will forward your inquiry to Simba Studios.

    • 1:1 personalized event planning mentoring

    • I will work with you to become a better planner and take action!

    • I charge $50 per hour for this service.

    • A $25 cancellation fee will apply if you cancel within 24 hours of your booked time.

  • Timeless Moments by Katt – Terms & Conditions

    By booking services with Timeless Moments by Katt, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

    1. Booking & Payment Terms

    • A non-refundable $500 deposit is required to secure services. This deposit will be applied to the total event cost.

    • The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 14 days before the event date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

    • Payments can be made via [Venmo, Paypal, Zelle, or Apple Pay].

    • Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of services without a refund.

    2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

    • The $500 deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

    • If cancellation occurs more than 60 days before the event, 50% of the total amount (excluding deposit) will be refunded.

    • If cancellation occurs 30-60 days before the event, 25% of the total amount (excluding deposit) will be refunded.

    • If cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the event, no refunds will be issued.

    • If Timeless Moments by Katt must cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued, including the deposit.

    3. Event Planning Services

    • Services are provided based on the selected package. Additional services requested beyond the package agreement will be subject to additional fees.

    • Timeless Moments by Katt is not responsible for vendor performance, venue policies, or any third-party service failures.

    • The client is responsible for obtaining necessary permits, licenses, or venue approvals unless explicitly stated otherwise.

    4. Event Changes & Modifications

    • Any changes to event details (date, location, guest count, etc.) must be communicated at least 30 days in advance. Additional fees may apply.

    • Timeless Moments by Katt reserves the right to adjust pricing based on significant changes to event scope.

    5. Flower Cart Rental Terms

    • DIY Rental ($350): The renter is responsible for pickup & drop-off of the cart within 24 hours. Late returns may incur an additional $100 per day.

    • Day-of Rental with Setup & Attendant ($550): The cart is available for 3 hours, including decoration customization. Additional time is subject to an extra fee.

    • Any damage to the cart will be the financial responsibility of the renter.

    6. Liability & Damages

    • Timeless Moments by Katt is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur during the event.

    • Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with venue regulations and safety guidelines.

    • In the event of severe weather, natural disasters, or emergencies, rescheduling may be possible at the discretion of Timeless Moments by Katt, subject to availability.

    7. Force Majeure

    • Timeless Moments by Katt shall not be held responsible for cancellations or service interruptions due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, acts of God, pandemics, or government restrictions.

    8. Photography & Marketing

    • Timeless Moments by Katt reserves the right to use event photos for marketing and portfolio purposes unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.

    9. Agreement Acceptance

    By submitting a deposit, the client acknowledges and agrees to the above terms and conditions.
